The Human Resources team based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, is currently looking for a : HR Business Partner (70%).

Your mission

Dedicated to a defined business population, the HR Business Partner acts as a strategic and operational partner to managers and employees. The role aims to support people-related decision-making, ensure a fair and compliant HR framework, and contribute to the development of employees and the organization across the full employee lifecycle.

Your responsibilities

  • Support managers in identifying and addressing HR needs (recruitment, development, talent management, organizational change, conflict resolution)
  • Partner with managers in the day-to-day management of their teams and promote best HR practices
  • Provide guidance and support to employees throughout their lifecycle (onboarding, development, mobility, offboarding)
  • Lead or contribute to recruitment processes (validation, interviews, candidate experience)
  • Drive performance management and talent development processes (Perf & Dev, succession, job evolution)
  • Manage employee relations topics (conflict resolution, disciplinary situations, return-to-work follow-up)
  • Contribute to HR projects and change management initiatives
  • Ensure application, quality, consistency and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes
  • Support HR data monitoring, reporting, and analytics (KPIs, workforce indicators, audits)
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and data protection requirements
  • Contribute to HR strategy deployment and alignment with business needs
  • Drive a positive employee experience and engagement within the supported population.

Your profile

Know-how

  • Education background in Human Resources (Brevet, Master, CAS or equivalent degree)
  • A proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Understanding of labor law and HR compliance frameworks
  • Analytical mindset with capacity to work with HR data and KPIs
  • Fluency in French and English (knowledge in German would be a plus), with very good writing skills in both languages
  • Proficiency with MS Office (knowledge of SAP would be an asset)
