Hub Manager for the Swiss European Digital Innovation Hub (F/M/D) 80%-100%

Your mission
With the support of the steering committee, you will manage Raisehub.swiss, the Swiss European Digital Innovation Hub dedicated to accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence, robotics and advanced digital technologies by SMEs, start-ups and public sector organisations in Central Switzerland, Ticino and Bern.
As hub manager, you will support the coordination, implementation and further development of the hub activities and you will drive its mission. You will contribute to the successful operation of the one-stop-shop model structured around the four EDIH pillars: innovation ecosystem and networking, training and skills development, test-before-invest, and access to finance. The position contributes to strengthening the digital maturity, competitiveness, AI readiness and trustworthy technology adoption capacity of organisations across the Raisehub.swiss region.
You will work at the interface between CSEM, the Raisehub.swiss consortium partners, end-users, regional economic development actors, public organisations and the other Swiss and European EDIH network stakeholders.
As an AI-focused hub, Raisehub.swiss aims to become a living example of how AI tools can transform daily operations. As Hub Manager, you will have the mission to shape this transformation hands-on exploring, testing and implementing AI-enabled ways of working that make the hub smarter, faster and more efficient.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and support the implementation of Raisehub.swiss activities, work packages, milestones, deliverables.
- Manage the collaboration among the consortium partners and facilitate the interaction between the hub’s consortium and companies, public organizations, and other stakeholders. Act as interface between the hub and the regional industry and public organizations and promote the hub activities and services among them, with particular focus on Central Switzerland.
- Drive the adoption and use of AI tools in the hub operations (website, CRM, administration)
- Support the organization of workshops, training activities, innovation events, networking activities and provide AI and digital coaching to the regional industry.
- Coordinate and execute project planning, monitoring, reporting, financial and administrative follow-up, quality assurance, risk management and compliance with the Swiss and European funding requirements, project documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous strategic development of the EDIH ecosystem – at national and international level
- Contribute to project communication, branding, and marketing activities.
Your profile
Academic background in business, engineering, computer science, digital technologies, innovation management, project management, or a related field.
Know-how
- Experience in stakeholder- and customer-facing activities, networking, outreach, acquisition and onboarding of end-users and customers, with the ability to connect hub services to concrete user needs.
- Experience in professional project management, involving 10+ consortium partners, preferably in publicly funded research and innovation contexts; experience with European projects is an advantage.
- Experience in defining and implementing digital and AI strategies. Prior experience in consulting or engineering services is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with AI-supported project management and administration tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams meeting intelligence, Planner/Project, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, or comparable platforms.
- Experience with data-driven project monitoring: dashboards, KPI tracking, milestone monitoring, risk detection, budget follow-up and decision-support reporting using tools such as Power BI or comparable solutions.

- Excellent communication skills in Swiss German and English, with Italian as an advantage.
