Our HR department is recruiting a new team member.

Your mission

  • Provide reliable and service-oriented HR administrative support focused on activities that cannot be handled through the HRIS self-service environment
  • Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing, and deliver high-quality executive assistance to the CPO. The role contributes to smooth HR operations, data quality, compliance, and effective coordination of HR Administration activities.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely execution of HR administrative activities that remain outside HRIS self-service, payroll input processing, and executive support tasks.
  • Maintain high-quality employee data, documentation, and records in HR systems and files, especially for sensitive or salary-impacting changes requiring HR validation.
  • Provide reliable coordination and follow-up for CPO priorities, meetings, and communications, ensuring professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness.
  • Support efficient HR service delivery and contribute to process reliability, user satisfaction, and operational continuity.

Your responsibilities

HR Administration (40%):

  • Manage HR administrative activities that cannot be handled through the HRIS self-service environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up
  • Handle administrative processes such as work permit requests, work certificates, accident insurance case declarations, and other employee data changes with salary impact that employees cannot update themselves
  • Organize and coordinate Welcome activities for new employees and ensure the corresponding administrative follow-up linked to onboarding

Monthly Payroll Processing (10%):

  • Prepare and input monthly salary data and payroll variables
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of payroll inputs
  • Support payroll payment preparation and employee payroll-related communications

CPO Assistant (20%):

  • Provide proactive executive support to the CPO, including agenda coordination, meeting preparation, document formatting, follow-up of action points, communication support, and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Contribute to the quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvement of HR operations, data, and administrative support tools and projects

Your profile

Know-how

  • HR administration certification, Brevet Fédéral is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience in HR administration (in an HRIS-enabled environment) and payroll support required
  • Experience supporting a senior executive is a strong asset
  • Ability to handle sensitive and salary impacting employee data
  • Proven experience in Payroll data processing
  • Strong expertise in Insurance case administration
  • Onboarding coordination
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in French and in English required; German is a plus
