The Human Resources team based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, is currently looking for a : Training & HR Event Coordinator at 60%.

Your mission

Under the responsibility of the CPO, the Training & HR Event Coordinator designs, coordinates and ensures the operational excellence of the training offer and selected HR events. The role contributes to building the annual training plan and catalogue, ensures efficient administration and follow-up of training activities, supports users in SuccessFactors Learning, coordinates external providers and budget follow-up, manages the operational organization of HR events, and supports continuous improvement through feedback, reporting and impact monitoring.

Your responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the annual training plan based on the training strategy, develop the training catalogue in coordination with the Learning & Development Manager and ensure alignment with identified development needs.
  • Organize training sessions, manage scheduling, registrations, attendance tracking, certifications and the day-to-day administration of learning activities.
  • Organize and coordinate the Welcome breakfast & Welcome@CSEM training program to support the onboarding and integration of new hires within the organization.
  • Plan, organize and manage the operational aspects of HR events (Forums, Jubilees, Xmas, Futurs en tout genres, ...), including logistics, coordination with stakeholders and providers, participants communication, on-site support and administrative follow-up.
  • Administer SuccessFactors Learning, ensure data accuracy and provide support to employees, managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Search for, select and coordinate external training providers, manage supplier relationships, support budget monitoring, invoice processing and related administrative follow-up and regularly informs the Learning & Development Manager on the budget status.
  • Ensure the quality of training activities by collecting immediate and delayed feedback, monitoring learning impact and proposing improvements to the training offer and processes.
  • Produce reports, track key indicators and provide reliable data to support the operational steering of Learning activities.

Your profile

Know-how

  • Experience in training coordination, learning administration, HR event coordination, HR administration, LMS management or a comparable role.
  • Proven ability to organize multiple training activities and HR events, manage data accurately, coordinate stakeholders and providers, and ensure reliable administrative follow-up.
  • Good command of digital tools and learning management systems is required; experience with SuccessFactors Learning is a strong asset.
  • Budget tracking, invoice processing and administrative follow-up
  • KPI tracking and improvement of L&D processes

Interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, service orientation, communication skills and continuous improvement mindset are required.
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and French is required; German is an asset.
