The Microsystems Technology Group, part of our Micro & Nano Systems Business Unit is based in Neuchâtel.

Your Mission

• Installation and qualification of new processing equipment.
• Maintain existing process libraries and develop new microfabrication processes and devices.
• Be a competent and professional partner for internal and external customers in the field of microfabrication.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop technological bricks and process flows with main focus on MEMS, Photonics and Biomedical devices.
• Work on the evaluation, installation and process qualification of new micro-fabrication and characterization equipment.
• Work on internal and external process and product development projects in collaboration with the other engineers and the technicians.
• Assume responsibility for manufacturing and characterization equipment.
• Support the team in process / product troubleshooting using a systematic and structured root-cause analysis methodology.
• Follow the state-of the art and development trends in the field of interest.

Your Profile

Know-how

• Engineer FH / Uni / EPF in Microtechnology, Physics, Material Science or equivalent.
• Hands on experience in microfabrication processes and characterization.
• Passionate by technology and willing to work in clean rooms.
