The “Smart Connected Systems” group of our “Integrated & Wireless Systems” Business Unit based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, is currently looking for a Projet Manager in Electronics - PMO.

Your mission :

Your mission will be to contribute to define and promote project management methodologies within the business unit and to frame and lead challenging and revolutionary system design projects (embedded and IC).

Your responsabilities :

Your main tasks will be the following:

• Contribute leading the PMO of the Business Unit.
• Elaborate and enforce PM methodology and related tools / process.
• Lead projects for embedded systems design.
• Review projects risks, efforts estimations, architectures, and solution
• Check for methodology and documentation compliance
• Document your work on a regular basis.

Your profile :

Know-how

• Education Background in Electronics (HES or University)
• Fluent in English, willingness to learn French
• Proven Experience in the design of systems (PCB, HW and SW) or ASICS with a preference for low-power or miniaturized solutions
• Strong experience in project management including risk analysis/mitigation and practiced on multiple projects
• Experience in leading project teams of 4 to 10 people from different disciplines is a plus

• Strong communication skills and ability to present in an efficient way
• Team player with an excellent communication and interpersonal skills to constructively interact with colleagues and partners
